The Level 1 Sales Professional Certification exam is open to all employees of jewelry stores, specifically jewelry professionals with an interest in professional development; jewelry sales associates, owners, and other jewelry store employees with entry level to moderate sales skills and knowledge or at least one year experience.    

The Jewelers of America Certification exams validate jewelry knowledge and proficiency to national standards.  The program assesses the skill level of an individual and identifies areas for development.  Level 1 Sales Professional Certification is the pre-requisite for level 2 Certified Sales Professional Certification.  You have the skills, demonstrate them with our professional certification!
