Level 2

Reflects moderate to advanced sales skills and knowledge and includes some areas not tested at the First Level. Second Level candidates must demonstrate mastery of both levels of proficiency.


How & Where To Get Certified

There are two convenient ways to get certified.

  • Off-Site Local Proctored Exam: Take the exam at a time and location near your home or store. If you select this option, you will be required to retain a proctor for the two-hour duration of the exam. For more information on proctors, click on the Proctored Exam registration link or click here. To register click on the “Date Not Specified” registration option below. You have 60 days from the date you register to complete and return the exam.
  • On-Site Trade Show or Industry Conference Exam: Certification testing is offered throughout the year at several authorized Jewelers of America testing sites, proctored by JA. Browse the dates below to select the authorized testing location and time convenient to you. Some events feature multiple session times for added convenience.

Cost

$55 for Jewelers of America members. 
$75 for non-members.
